Tianna is a Registered Social Worker dedicated to walking alongside youth and young adults, helping them overcome anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem while empowering them to see—and step confidently into—their bright futures. Tianna works with those who are 5 to 25. Tianna provides a space where clients feel seen and heard.
Using fast rapport skills, Tianna can build trust with the youth and young adults. Tianna’s experience working in the school board helps her navigate the big emotions youth have. Tianna empowers clients to start their healing journey where they can heal, grow, and walk in their full potential. Tianna modalities are trauma-informed care, with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Play Therapy. Tianna creates opportunities for youth to gain skills to help manage and cope with big and complicated emotions that come from their life experiences, to help reduce symptoms of anxiety and distress. Tianna is client-centred and focuses on the client’s goals to ensure each personal goal is being met with every session. Tianna supports clients in challenging unhelpful self-beliefs, recognizing their triggers, and affirming their lived experiences.
