Skye McLellan

Skye is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) who holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Toronto Metro University. She provides a non-judgmental space for you to express your emotions and overcome obstacles. Skye works from an anti-oppressive and client centered approach and has extensive experience in counselling and psychotherapy both in hospital and community settings. If you need support in coping with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, emotional dysregulation or relationship issues, Skye utilizes evidence based practices and a collaborative approach to help you develop an agreed upon plan to address your concern and work towards your goals. Colleen works with youth (16+), adults, and couples who are navigating life’s challenges - whether that’s relationship struggles, major life changes, or feeling overwhelmed by intense emotions. She offers a supportive space to slow things down, make sense of what’s coming up, and find ways to move forward.
She has extensive experience supporting individuals living with trauma and PTSD, as well as Borderline Personality Disorder, anxiety, addiction, brain and head injuries, and body image and eating concerns. Colleen works collaboratively with you to better understand your emotions and develop tools that feel realistic and meaningful in your day-to-day life.
As a neurodivergent clinician, Colleen is passionate about creating a safe, inclusive environment where neurodivergent folks can explore their emotions, identities, and lived experience without judgement.
Colleen is trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, while also drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). James education includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology, which he graduated Magna Cum Laude, a Master in Human Kinetics specializing in Intervention and Consultation, and a graduate certificate in Psychedelics and Spirituality. In Fall 2026, James will continue his education pursuing a Master in Education specializing in Counselling Psychology and a PhD in Kinesiology and Health Sciences.

Mike Bradford
Dr. Mike grew up in Cambridge, Ontario where he became fascinated with the human body and physical rehabilitation, largely due to his own experiences as a patient of physiotherapy and chiropractic care as a teenager after various sports injuries. Graduating from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2017, Dr. Mike returned home to serve his community through his work helping patients reduce their pain, recover from injuries, and reclaim their health.
